Meet Our Plumbing Pros

In 2010, 2nd Shift Sewer and Plumbing® and Heating & Air was founded while Terry maintained a full-time job and was only able to provide services after hours. He saw a need in the community for a full range of excellent plumbing services at a reasonable rate.

In 2012, Terry left his job and started operating 2nd Shift Sewer & Plumbing® and Heating & Air on a full-time basis. As a locally owned and operated business, they have grown to become the leading provider of plumbing services in the area. Their focus is customer service and delivering high-quality work.

2nd Shift Sewer & Plumbing® and Heating & Air operate under one of the most recognized slogans in the plumbing industry: “Call someone who gives a shift!” ® to reflect their commitment to never charging extra fees for emergency or after-hours work. Terry and Kim want their fair pricing and excellent customer service to be the reasons you continue to call 2nd Shift Sewer & Plumbing® with your plumbing needs.

THE OWNERS

TERRY

Terry was born in Peru, Indiana. Early on, he developed an interest in service technician work and enrolled in a mechanical skills school in Indianapolis. Terry’s hard work ethic and passion for life enabled him to attend classes while working full-time as an apprentice. After his graduation in 2004, Terry obtained his Indiana State Contracting Plumbing License.

Recognizing a need for affordable plumbing services outside of regular business hours, Terry established an evening and night service in Kokomo called Camden Plumbing. As this business grew, Terry left his full-time job and established Second Shift Sewer and Plumbing, LLC in 2010.

KIM

Kim was born in Anderson, IN. Her work in juvenile and adult probation has provided a strong work ethic and passion for her community. She is active in the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and serves on a volunteer basis as a family-to-family facilitator for families in a crisis. As co-owner of Second Shift Plumbing and Sewer, LLC, she is actively involved in the management of all aspects of the business.

Terry met Kim on her 29th birthday, and they have been married for nearly 20 years. Together, their hard work and dedication to providing needed services to the community have fueled their company’s growth and their passion for what they do.
